What we collect
When you book a call we collect your name, phone number, your preferred time and way of meeting, and any message you choose to write.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about your request and to provide the counselling or Mahkama services you ask for.
How we protect it
Phone numbers, messages and counselling notes are encrypted before they are stored. Access is limited to staff who need it, and every access is recorded.
Who can see it
Our authorised staff only. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and keeps nothing about you in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
