Support for individuals, couples and families — and fair resolution according to Shariah when it is needed.
Counselling
How we can help
Whatever your family is going through, you do not have to carry it alone.
Marital counselling
Marriage is an amanah, and every couple goes through hard seasons. We help husbands and wives understand each other again, talk without hurting, and rebuild trust — drawing on the Qur’an and Sunnah alongside practical counselling skills. Couples preparing for nikah can also come for guidance before the wedding.
It may help if
Small disagreements keep turning into big arguments
You feel distant, unheard or taken for granted
In-laws or the joint family are part of the strain
When brothers stop speaking, parents and grown children grow apart, or a family is split over a decision, everyone suffers. We bring people together in a calm, neutral setting, help each side be heard, and work towards reconciliation (sulh). If a matter needs a formal ruling, we can refer it to our Darul Qadha.
It may help if
Family members have stopped talking to each other
Old disagreements keep coming back
A decision about property, marriage or care has divided the family
You want to reconcile but do not know where to start
Raising children today brings new questions — screens, school pressure, friends and the wider world. We help parents understand what is behind a child’s behaviour, set boundaries with mercy, and nurture faith and character (tarbiyah). We also see young people on their own when they need someone to talk to.
It may help if
Arguments at home about screens, studies or friends
Everyone carries heavy times — worry that will not switch off, sadness after a loss, anger that comes too quickly. We offer a confidential space to talk, practical ways to cope, and spiritual comfort where you want it. If medical care would help, we will guide you towards it.

Mahkama-e-Shariah
Handled by qualified qazis and muftis, with careful records and certificates.
Darul Qadha
Our Darul Qadha hears family matters that counselling alone cannot settle: khula, talaq, faskh-e-nikah (dissolution of marriage), nafaqa (maintenance), hizanat (custody of children) and inheritance or property division. Reconciliation is always tried first, and every step is recorded.
How it works
1Submit a written application with your documents
2The other party receives a formal notice of the hearing
3Hearings are held and recorded; reconciliation is attempted
We register nikahs with full nikah-nama details and issue a certificate in English, Urdu or Tamil. Every certificate carries a QR code, so anyone — a family, an office or an embassy — can confirm it is genuine.
How it works
1Share the nikah details: date, venue and the officiating qazi
2Record bride, groom, wali and at least two witnesses
3Record the mahr — prompt and deferred
4Receive a certificate with a QR code
Please bring
ID proof (Aadhaar) for bride, groom, wali and witnesses
When a marriage ends, it should be recorded properly and respectfully. We offer counselling first, register talaq or khula with the type and dates, and issue a certificate that can be checked by its QR code.
How it works
1Talk to us — counselling is offered first
2The talaq or khula is recorded with its type and dates
Ask about worship, family life, transactions, business or any part of daily life. A mufti prepares the answer with references from the Qur’an, Sunnah and the books of fiqh, and a second mufti checks it before it is published — without your name.
